A native a Rayne, Louisiana, Mike Lormand resides in Brooklyn, New York. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi (BM) and Manhattan School of Music (MM). Mike has played with Alarm Will Sound, Argento Chamber Ensemble, International Contemporary Ensemble, Paragon Ragtime Orchestra, Talea Ensemble, the Knights, American Symphony Orchestra, Mostly Mozart Festival Orchestra, New York City Opera and Sufjan Stevens.
